• Car Monkey reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion if pricing or availability errors are detected.

3. Order Errors & Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product details, pricing, availability, or promotions. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us at support@carmonkeybd.com immediately.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any services provided are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

6. Conditions of Use

A. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your device. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

C. Communication

E. Taxes

All applicable government taxes will be borne by the customer and added to the invoice as per prevailing laws.

F. Fraud & Misuse

Fraudulent activities or misuse of our COD service (e.g., repeated order cancellations, fraudulent returns) may result in a permanent ban or legal action.

G. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you breach these terms.

7. Product Availability

All product listings are subject to stock availability. Car Monkey may cancel orders in case of stock-outs, technical errors, or pricing issues. Additional verification may be required for large or bulk orders.

8. Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery within 3 working days (max 7 days under special circumstances).

• Delays may occur due to force majeure events such as political unrest, national holidays, or pandemic restrictions.

9. Order Cancellation

Car Monkey reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including stockouts, defects, incorrect pricing, or description errors.

10. Refund Policy

• If an order is cancelled, refunds will be processed within 72 hours to 10 working days.

• Any cashback, bonus, or promotional amounts will be adjusted before refunding.

স্বাগতম CarMonkeyBD.com-এ। এই ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল সেবার ব্যবহার সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলী এই শর্তাবলীতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই নিয়মগুলোতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে পুরো শর্তাবলী পড়ে দেখুন।

২। মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

• Car Monkey এ সকল পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

• যদি কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুলভাবে প্রকাশিত হয়, অর্ডার প্রসেসের পূর্বে আপনাকে জানানো হবে এবং আপনি তা কনফার্ম অথবা বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

• Car Monkey যে কোনো অর্ডার মূল্য বা স্টক সমস্যার কারণে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি:

৩। অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত ভুল/ভ্রান্তি

ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো তথ্য ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে আমরা তা সংশোধনের অধিকার রাখি। যদি আপনি কোনো ভুল বা সমস্যা লক্ষ্য করেন, অনুগ্রহ করে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আমাদের জানান support@carmonkeybd.com এ।

৪। প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী এবং আমাদের প্রদত্ত সকল সেবা বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রযোজ্য ই-কমার্স আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো আইনগত বিতর্ক কেবলমাত্র বাংলাদেশে বিচারযোগ্য আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

৫। শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

Car Monkey সময়ে সময়ে শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার রাখে। ওয়েবসাইটে যেকোনো পরিবর্তন পোস্টের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। আপনি নিজ দায়িত্বে নিয়মিত আমাদের শর্তাবলী দেখবেন।

৬। ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী

A. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পাসওয়ার্ডের নিরাপত্তা আপনার দায়িত্ব। যদি আপনি মনে করেন কেউ আপনার তথ্য জেনে গেছে, অনতিবিলম্বে আমাদের জানাবেন।

B. গোপনীয়তা

আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা পড়ে দেখুন, যা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা হবে তা নির্ধারণ করে।

C. যোগাযোগ

আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে, ইমেইল, এসএমএস, ফোন কল অথবা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে আমাদের যোগাযোগ গ্রহণে সম্মত হবেন।

D. দায়বদ্ধতা

আপনার কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ বা অপ্রত্যক্ষ ক্ষতি, যা যুক্তিসংগতভাবে পূর্বানুমানযোগ্য নয়, তার জন্য Car Monkey দায়ী থাকবে না।

E. কর/ট্যাক্স

আপনার ক্রয়ের সাথে যুক্ত সকল সরকার নির্ধারিত ট্যাক্স ও চার্জ আপনার দ্বারাই পরিশোধযোগ্য।

F. প্রতারণা ও অপব্যবহার

জালিয়াতি বা উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত অর্ডার (যেমন COD দিয়ে বারবার অর্ডার বাতিল) করলে কোম্পানি প্রয়োজনে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে অথবা গ্রাহককে স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান করতে পারে।

G. বাতিল/স্থগিতকরণ

Car Monkey যে কোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করতে পারে যদি আপনি কোনো শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করেন।

৭। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

সমস্ত পণ্য স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল। যদি কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, Car Monkey অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে। বড় অর্ডারের জন্য অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাইতে পারে।

৮। ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

• সাধারণত ডেলিভারি সময় ৩ কার্যদিবস (বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবস)।

• ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, ছুটি, বা কোভিড সংক্রান্ত বিধিনিষেধের কারণে।

৯। অর্ডার বাতিল

Car Monkey যেকোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারির আগে বাতিল করতে পারে যদি পণ্যটির মূল্য, বিবরণ বা স্টকে সমস্যা থাকে।

১০। রিফান্ড পলিসি

• বাতিলকৃত অর্ডারের রিফান্ড ৭২ ঘণ্টা থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

• কোনো বোনাস, ক্যাশব্যাক বা গিফট অ্যামাউন্ট থাকলে তা রিফান্ড অ্যামাউন্ট থেকে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
